Teens Ministry
Our church desires to help teens develop their own faith and commitment to discipleship as they begin their transition to adulthood. We seek to help develop their faith by Biblical teaching, proving godly examples of faith, praying for them, and loving them deeply. In our teen ministry, we serve our kids in a variety of ways. First of all, we have Bible classes for the teens on Wednesdays evenings at 7 pm and Sunday mornings at 9:30 am.
Throughout the year we have a variety of activities for teens and their parents to participate in each year. For example, we take our teens to the WinterFest Youth rally (a spiritually uplifting weekend with thousands of other teens). We also teach them service by taking them to Central Ohio Work Camp in which they learn to serve others by painting houses for the elderly and low-income people for free. We help develop spiritual disciplines and skills at the Midwest LTC (Leadership Training for Christ). Throughout the year we do a variety of devos, service projects, lock-ins, out of town trips, and family dinners. Our church also begins each school year by providing names of children to various members who are committed to praying for them throughout the year. We believe one of the best ways we can impact our teens is by praying to God for them. So we encourage and invite you to bless your teens and their faith by having them be involved in our Teen ministry.
